If you choose to order on DVD you will need to order the appropriate version for your region.
This is because DVD players in different parts of the world require different region DVDs.
To order for the UK select "UK PAL Formal Region 2".
To Order for the United States of America or elsewhere in the world choose "NTSC Format Region 1".
“How Do I download the Course?”
You can only download the course if you have ordered the downloable version, otherwise you will be sent a DVD.
Simple Download instructions
If you paid for the download version of the course, then please follow these simple steps to download the course.
Go to “Your Orders”, Click on the View/Download link next to your order.
Select if you would like to download the Course all in one go or in smaller sections.
Detailed instructions
After you have made the payment, when you return to the website, you will be able to log in to the website using your email address and the password you chose when you opened the account.
Once you have logged in to your account, you will see the following options just below the picture of the doctors with the white background, near the top of your screen:

You will see your name, then the first link: "Home".
This just takes you to the homepage, when you are logged in it doesn’t show the video clips, this is to save bandwidth, and sped up the website for members.
The second link: "Edit Details".
This link take you to a page where you are able to edit your details. You can do thinkgs such as change your account password, change your email address, phone number, adress registered on the website etc...
The third link: "Your Orders".
This is the link that will show you the details of your order, and if you have opted for the download version, it will allow you to download the course.
When you click on this link it will take you to a page with the following details:

Paid For?- Indicates if we have received payment for this item
Fulfilled - Your
order has been despatched from our warehouse
Cancelled - Your
order has been cancelled on our system
Completed - If this order contained digital downloads and you wish to inform us that you have completed these files, click the button to the right of the order as shown
If you have ordered the downloadable version of the course then you must click the Order Id below to proceed to the download page

If you have not yet paid for your order you will see the "Pay Now" link.
If you have paid for the order you will see something similar to the second order in the list.
To view details of the order you have placed click on the "View/Download" link.
If you have ordered the download version, click the "View/Download" link. This will take you to a page where you will have the option to download the course all in one go, or a bit at a time.
